Your order’s tracking ID (e.g SOTP1234567) can be found in the order confirmation email.
The shipping fee paid during checkout is not inclusive of customs and import duties (duty delivered unpaid). You’ll be charged if there’s any fees involved.
Our courier partners will get in touch with you if there are any duties to be paid. In order to avoid unplanned cost, it will be good to check with your local customs office before placing an order.

I’ve received a defective item
We strive to be stringent in our quality control and apologise if you should receive a defective item.
For online purchases: Please email us at email@example.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order with:

You will be reimbursed for postage for all items deemed defective, and a replacement piece will be mailed to you. However, if the item is no longer in stock, we will issue you a store credit. Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags intact.

We accept credit card and bank deposit payments. Singapore customers can pay us via PayNow using our UEN number or via internet bank transfers.
