We are here to make your online shopping experience enjoyable and that includes returns and exchanges of items that didn’t work out. Not the right fit?
Kindly send the item(s) back to us for a shop credit refund at SOTP.
Items can be returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date for Singapore orders and 28 calendar days of the delivery date for international orders.
What's important to know?
Items have to be unworn and unwashed, and tags unaltered and intact.
Kindly note that returns do not include your delivery and postage fees.
For returns resulting in a 1 for 1 exchange, the postage fee of S$ 8 of the new exchanged item will be deducted from the store credit issued.
Please note that all Sale items and marked down items will be final and will not be eligible for returns (for store credit) or size exchanges.
How long do returns take?
Returns typically take around 14 business days to be processed once it reaches our office, and credit card refunds take up to 10 - 14 business days to appear on your statement.
How do I return an item?

Once you complete the online form, pack the item(s) in a parcel.
We recommend a bubble padded mailer and usage of a courier service or registered mail with means of tracking.
Grab Collection & Delivery: If you would like to use this convenient option, simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We'll arrange a mutually convenient time for its collection from you all the way to its delivery to us.
Where to send your tracked item to?
As this is a shared office, we are not always around to receive your parcel.
As such, we highly recommend you reaching out at email@example.com to communicate the details of your return / exchange.

How long until I get my store credit?
Your return will be processed within 14 working days from the day we receive your parcel.
Upon receipt of your returned item, if it is unworn, unwashed with tags in place, we'll go ahead and issue you store credit for that returned item.
Kindly note that we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently don’t do exchanges as our items are made in limited quantities and may be sold out before your exchange can be done.
You may however, return the items to us and we refund you store credit so you can purchase the replacement item if it is still available.
